Shipping Customer Orders

We ship orders in 24-48 hours by UPS or Fed-Ex ground service from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damage in Transit

Growmax Water filtration systems are solidly built and heavy-duty in their design and construction. As a result, the weight of our systems ranges from 8 – 30 lbs. We use reinforced packaging and ship with a double carton design in order to assure your units arrive to you in perfect condition. If any damage does occur during shipping, please contact us and send a photo (or short video) of any damages. We will immediately send and replace any damaged component.

Returns Policy

Because of the size, weight, and shipping cost of Growmax Water filtration systems, there is no need to return any unit that may have a damaged component. All components can be easily replaced. Please contact us with a photo of any damaged component and we will immediately send out your replacement part.
